The Real Jim Renacci is a website established to serve as a further source of information for those who are interested in only spin-free, slime-free material about Jim Renacci, the Republican candidate for Congress in Ohio’s 16th district.  While Election Day remains several weeks away, John Boccieri and the liberal interest groups who have sponsored his political career have already initiated an aggressive misinformation crusade to denigrate Jim Renacci and distract individuals from Mr. Boccieri’s record in Congress.  The Real Jim Renacci has been generated as a fact check on the falsehood and fiction that are the only remaining fuel for John Boccieri’s failing re-election efforts.

Over the period of the past 30 years, the real Renacci has built small companies from the ground up, ultimately creating over 1,500 jobs for the area and employing more than 3,000 Ohioans.  As a local business leader, Jim has helpedgrow the local economy and has served on the board of a variety of organizations, such as the Ohio Health Care Association, the Wadsworth Chamber of Commerce and First Merit Bank-Medina Community Board.  Jim has also served his district as volunteer firefighter, President of the Wadsworth City Council and as Mayor of Wadsworth.  During his time as Mayor, Jim brought his business acumen to government, balancing the area’s $80 million budget and transforming its deficit into a surplus, without increasing taxes. 

Over the prior several months, it has become progressively more apparent that John Boccieri will do or say anything to distract citizens from his record of voting with Nancy Pelosi 94% of the time, including job-killing votes for Cap and Trade and ObamaCare.  Instead of explaining his conduct in Congress or offering solutions to cut the unemployment rate that has doubled on his watch, John Boccieri has resorted to a daring effort to lie his way back to Washington by sliming Jim Renacci and his family while distorting the truth beyond recognition.  The mission of the Real Jim Renacci is to cast sunlight on the sea of lies and half-truths that sadly define John Boccieri’s campaign strategy.
