Properly using and controlling at least some of that other 90% will allow you to use remote viewing effectively.

How Do You Use Remote Viewing?

Your mind is vastly resourceful and has powers you don’t even know about, but how do you use them to tap into your remote viewing abilities? There are remote viewing techniques that you can utilize, such that you can begin to harness this most amazing ability.

First, go to a quiet place and sit in a relaxing position. Sitting Indian-style with your legs crossed or relaxing comfortably on a bed are two suggestions. In addition, make sure that all distractions are free from the area with which you’re located.

Second, use deep breathing exercises to calm and relax yourself. Inhale and exhale deeply while pressing your tongue lightly on the roof of your mouth. Focus on each breath that you take to clear your mind of all other thoughts.

As you breathe, suspend, just for a moment, any disbelief you have that you cannot do remote viewing. It is absolutely imperative that you believe, at least for the moment, that you can be successful at remote viewing in order to have it be successful. You must believe that you can see people, objects and things that you cannot view with your five senses.

Fourth, complete a simple remote viewing exercise by practicing viewing your own body. Imagine and believe that you can see your body outside of yourself, such as if you were outside of your physical body staring back at yourself. At this stage, it’s important to persevere as it can be a little difficult to accomplish in the beginning stages.

After you have successfully viewed your own body from outside yourself, try more difficult remote viewing techniques by trying to see and view familiar places and objects in your house or the building in which you’re located. Progressing from simple exercises to more difficult ones will help build up your belief reservoir when it comes time for advanced exercises.

These remote viewing techniques should help you begin to see remote viewing as a natural, easy process that you have the ability to do. You just have to learn how to tap into it. Believe in yourself and your abilities, and you will find that these remote viewing techniques will let you access this ability when you most want or need it.

It is sort of a fact that conversations when it comes to photos have changed over time. Before, one would say : “OK, strike a pose! Perfect! I simply can’t wait the way the picture would turn out!”. But today, it might sound different : “O.K, strike a pose! Perfect! Hence, what do you think? Do we need to save or delete this shot?”. Now, what might have brought the difference between these 2 conversations? It is the discovery of the digital camera! Digital cameras have been quite an advantage to all those concerned in photography business, or perhaps people who just would like to take photographs. All you need to have to be in a position to use a digital camera are 2 things : first is the memory card, and 2nd is the wire to upload the shots onto a computer.

With these cameras, you can take more than 500 footage ( which depends on the available memory of the card ). With this capability, making errors is quite irrelevant ; you can always take many versions of the same picture till you’re pleased with the end result. The truth of the affair is that digital cameras have become part of the people’s’s lifestyle, and wherever you go, you get to hear folks exclaiming “do you want to see the photos that I have taken from my holiday last weekend? Try the pictures in my digital camera and you’ll see what I mean…”.

Sadly for professional photographers, the presence of the this camera means their services aren’t needed that much matched against the older days. In the past,, a professional photographer would be employed for any sort of crucial event, like christenings, weddings, birthday parties, for example. But today, since virtually everybody has got a digital camera ( and it’s quite user-friendly one ), many would ask a friend or a relative to be the cameraman for the day. Small-time printing businesses have also suffered from this, as the photographs taken from the device don’t have to be printed out to be seen. There’s no need at all to visit printing shops since the stills can be stored in a PC and they can be printed out from it ( unless, naturally, there is a need for correct revising and printing of the photos ).

Some digital cameras also have incorporated enhancements: some can record videos, while others enable the user to edit the photo on the digital camera itself. And these are only some of the things that can be done with these cameras. Digital cameras are really the way of the future, so go ahead… Try and use one for your spare time pursuit or commercial or home photography business!

The FED (Federal Reserve) recently made  new laws  to regulate credit card companies from “unreasonable” late payment and penalty fees. The new rules also require issuers to “reconsider” interest rate hikes imposed since 2009. Millions of Americans have piles  of credit card debt that  is drowning them in fees and interest payments.

These new laws will help to solidify other credit card rules that were signed into law by President Obama as the “Credit Card Accountability Responsibility Disclosure Act” that  will take effect August 22, 2010.

“The new rules require that late payment and other penalty fees be assessed in a way that is fairer and generally less costly for consumers,” states Federal Reserve Governor Elizabeth A. Duke. “Card issuers must also re-evaluate recent interest-rate increases and, if appropriate, reduce the rate.” 

One of the main pillars  of the new regulations  is a top  in most late payment fees. Currently many credit card companies are charging $39 or more in late fees; but the new rules cap that fee at $25.

Another tenet  is to ban credit card companies from charging a fee that is bigger than the umbrage (ie a $5 late payment can only be assessed a $5 fee).

Companies  are also now banned from charging multiple fees in response to  a single late payment or other single violation of terms; and “inactivity” fees for the non-use of cards is now banned altogether.

One of the ways debtors  had been avoiding such fees is through instant approval credit cards which ordinarily do not have any fee structure .

Although the changes have received some accolades , many more are stating that the  new  regulations   
 don’t do enough to change the underlying problem; the huge sum of credit card debt that Americans are trying to get out from under.

Paul Hollender from Bloomfield-based firm Corash & Hollender states, “It’s taking away some of the most outrageous things that credit-card issuers are doing, but I think it’s not enough to stem the tide of impending bankruptcies.”

Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has released the first official images and more reportsof its new pick-up, the Amarok.

The Amarok, which will be available as a four-door double cab version from launch with a single cab model to tag along in 2011, merges the sturdiness of a pick-up with innovative technology, high safety standards, admirable fuel economy and Volkswagen standards of comfort, quality and stability.

Production of the Amarok is ready tostart at the Volkswagen factory in Buenos Aires, Argentina ahead of its worldwide launch starting in its native South America in early 2010 and in Europe next summer, with preliminary models expected to be in UK Volkswagen Van Centres in September 2010.

The Amarok has a liberal payload capacity of up to 1.15 tonnes and maximum towing limit of 2.8 tonnes.  Its 2.52 m² cargo area has the biggestdimensions in its class at 1,555 mm long and 1,620 mm wide, additionallya best in class width between the wheelarches of 1,222 mm, which implies thatfor the first time on a mid-size pick-up, it is possible to stack Euro pallets sideways, saving on space.

The official photos show the Amarok imitates the latest Volkswagen design DNA with frontal styling in line with the latesta Torsen differential to distribute drive at a 40:60 ratio to the front and rear axles for outstanding vehicle dynamics and high traction, and also ensures that the wheel with the finesttraction always obtains the most power.  A rear differential lock is is also presented.

devisedto tackle the rough off-road terrain, the Amarok is offered with an electronic differential lock (EDL) and Off-Road ABS to considerably cut down braking distances in off-road conditions or gravel roads.  At speeds of under 20 mph it also triggersHill Descent Assist to control hill descents by utilizing selective braking interventions.  Furthermore, the ESP Plus system containsHill Hold Assist, which checks the vehicle from rolling back by holding itin place on inclines till the driver presses the accelerator pedal.

Under the bonnet there will be a option oftwo 2.0-litre fuel-efficient, Euro5 compliant, common rail TDI engines producing 163 PS, with torque of 400 Nm at a low 1,500 rpm, or 122 PS with maximum torque of 340 Nm from 2,000 rpm.  

Both engines have a six-speed manual transmission and will have impressive fuel economy with very littleemissions to make the Amarok the first all-wheel drive pick-up in this series givingCO₂ emissions of under 200 g/km.  Similar to the new Transporter and Caravelle, the Amarok has a gear shift makerto help drivers attain the goodfuel economy, which with an 80-litre fuel tank mustoffer a range of over 600 miles.

UK ratesand specifications will be confirmed nearer the Amarok’s UK launch.  The range is expected to comprise a standard model for consumers who requirea pick-up that is as sturdy and convenientas possible, to offering all the up to dateluxury items expected for those using Amarok as a leisure vehicle.  An extensive accessories programme will also be presented for the Amarok – from a styling bar and running boards, through a cargo cover and Multi-Connect load securing arrangementto a variety ofstylish alloy wheels.

The heftyand ergonomically planned interior is the biggest in its division and in severalways strikes a chord with that of a Volkswagen passenger car.  Easy entry, plenty ofheadroom and ample legroom for passengers on the back bench seat make the Amarok a fully-fledged five-seater.  If only two people are travelling, interior storage space can be enlargedby folding the back seat.
