Have you ever wanted the chance to use your psychic ability or remote viewing techniques to see people and places using more than the normal five senses you already have? Remote viewing and psychic abilities are not out-of-body experiences, rather, they are a completely different way to take advantage of the power that you already have. It’s possible to see people, objects, and other things without being physically present but by simply using remote viewing techniques.
What Is Being A Remote Viewer, Really?
Remote viewing techniques are not something you use to be in “two places at once,” or to maliciously view another object, person or place.
Instead, remote viewing harnesses a form of ESP and your own psychic mind abilities to see what you want to see when you want to see. What happens, essentially, is that the object or person comes to you, instead of you going to a person or object. You can do this just by carefully preparing for what you want to achieve — which is, after all, remote viewing.
Using Your Innate Mind Power
One of the most important concepts to grasp when you’re thinking about using your remote viewing capabilities is that you have an inherent, natural mind power that only needs to be tapped.
Think about this for a moment. Experts have said that we only use 10% of our mind’s abilities, with the remaining 90% untouched, and dormant. Using some of that remaining 90% gives you the ability to use your incredible mind’s power. Properly using and controlling at least some of that other 90% will allow you to use remote viewing effectively.
How Do You Use Remote Viewing?
Your mind is vastly resourceful and has powers you don’t even know about, but how do you use them to tap into your remote viewing abilities? There are remote viewing techniques that you can utilize, such that you can begin to harness this most amazing ability.
First, go to a quiet place and sit in a relaxing position. Sitting Indian-style with your legs crossed or relaxing comfortably on a bed are two suggestions. In addition, make sure that all distractions are free from the area with which you’re located.
Second, use deep breathing exercises to calm and relax yourself. Inhale and exhale deeply while pressing your tongue lightly on the roof of your mouth. Focus on each breath that you take to clear your mind of all other thoughts.
As you breathe, suspend, just for a moment, any disbelief you have that you cannot do remote viewing. It is absolutely imperative that you believe, at least for the moment, that you can be successful at remote viewing in order to have it be successful. You must believe that you can see people, objects and things that you cannot view with your five senses.
Fourth, complete a simple remote viewing exercise by practicing viewing your own body. Imagine and believe that you can see your body outside of yourself, such as if you were outside of your physical body staring back at yourself. At this stage, it’s important to persevere as it can be a little difficult to accomplish in the beginning stages.
After you have successfully viewed your own body from outside yourself, try more difficult remote viewing techniques by trying to see and view familiar places and objects in your house or the building in which you’re located. Progressing from simple exercises to more difficult ones will help build up your belief reservoir when it comes time for advanced exercises.
These remote viewing techniques should help you begin to see remote viewing as a natural, easy process that you have the ability to do. You just have to learn how to tap into it. Believe in yourself and your abilities, and you will find that these remote viewing techniques will let you access this ability when you most want or need it.
