NPA is telling the fitness industry supporters  to speak out on this very important issue by contperforming their senators, telling them to focus on fortifying the stability of the country’s preservation, not oversee the fitness industry that had zero to do with the  financial productivity . At a time when businesses are struggling to both survive and create new jobs, adding onerous new laws  and ceding more authority over business to the FTC is  exactly what the economy  does not need. A call to action is required, as the Senate may take action on the “Restoring American Financial Stability Act” at any moment.

Should these big Brother be granted to the FTC, these changes could be expected:

• The FTC will the autonomy to  make their own advertising that are just not right with what is allowed under DSHEA and the FDA

• The FTC forming plans against the businesses for practices it deems illegal without allowing the business to make any changes
• The FTC levying fines against companies for “aiding and abetting” wrongdoing even when the companies did not know a intrusion was occurring
