From there, your next stop will be the Luxor International Airport, as this is the main southern hub for domestic flights within Egypt. Trains are air-conditioned but serve low quality snacks, so it may be best to shop beforehand. Don’t forget the luxurious option of cruising the Nile ! There are many boat trips from Luxor to Aswan and back, and possibly as far up the Nile River as Abu Simbel. If you want comfort you can’t do any better than a Nile Cruise from Egypt’s two best cities. Sure, it’s slow and costs good money, but why rush off from your travel to Luxor anyway?
