Never Underestimate the Details in Your Wardrobe

You are getting ready to attend your company’s international conference. Clad in your best plain white custom dress shirts, a powerful-looking tri-colored necktie of red, dark blue and white, navy blue suit over the dress shirts and a pair of navy neatly-pressed pants, you could steal the limelight with your professional and corporate looks, except that when you take a closer look at the details that go with your business attire, it would surely pull down everything.

Your major garments like the mens dress shirts, suit, necktie and pants are well selected, but when you pull them with the brown and leather ‘Micheal Jackson-style’ hat on your head, a dark-silver rimmed pair of glasses against the golden metallic pin on your chest and the black leather belt held by a bronze buckle, you would look like a walking boutique of assorted colorful details, with uncoordinated garments all over your body.

And to make matters worst, the royal blue scarf you put over your shoulder is totally out of place in the fashion you pulled.

While you are trying hard to coordinate every major piece of clothing you put on, it is also important to pay attention to the little details you added to your wardrobe. These include the subtle square pocket, scarf, hat, the way you tie your necktie, among others.

According to Jae and Ben, the duo of Kino Wear, a fashion site, in their fifteen quick list of some practical fashion tips, one of their advice in their statement says you should “never underestimate the power of details, (because) he last thing on is usually the first thing (that is) noticed (by people around you).

The fashion duo said it is important to “mind the details of throwing together the parts of your outfit.”

Therefore, before you hit the road and into the urban jungle, better check your total attire, this time, paying much closer attention to every details that go with your wardrobe.
