We generally believe that the training on leadership should be serious, but really. WHY? Does this mean that people in leadership position should be NO FUN? Or even worse, does it imply that leaders do NOT expect their employees to have fun?

In reality, (and yes their is scientific data to prove it), people, including leaders, and people performing leadership role, learn better when they have fun. Absolutly , if you expect to get people to actually keep in mind and apply what they have learned it must be fun. So, the list provided below is, yes, you guessed it, a list of Fun Leadership Training Videos.

But wait, there is more, they are all mine… ya ya, I acknowledge, I am bias, but these videos on leadership training are really cool (AND FREE) and they present an experiment in what people liked, the first one kinda slow but with animation… all the way up to the 4^th one (there are more coming) which seems to be the format most preferred by everyone. These leadership Training videos are about 5 minutes long.
